There is absolutely no smoking allowed of any kind inside the unit, on the balcony or on the landing leading to the unit. There will be a $200.00 assessment for smoking of any kind.

Our unit while suitable for children, please note that we do not offer cribs or toddler beds. Please do not leave children unattended on balconies or staircases.

Minimum Rental Age is 25

Guest ID’s will be verified upon arrival at property

Parties/Gatherings
Absolutely no parties or gatherings. Registered guests should be the only persons on premises

Any guests booking 28 days or more will be required to sign a short term rental agreement/addendum and provide host with copy of Government ID.

Free cancellation until 5 days before check-in.

After that, cancel before check-in and get a 50% refund, minus the first night and service fee.
