Our space has three big screen smart TVs for entertainment, Keurig coffee and Wifi throughout. The unit sleeps 6 and is professionally cleaned & disinfected prior to each guests stay. We are unmatched in the industry, as we adhere to the strictest standards for cleaning. We also utilize electrostatic sprayers approved by the EPA to disinfect.

The unit is located within a 10 drive to Fort Bragg, via the new I295 loop and only 15 minutes from Skibo road, shopping, restaurants, & more.

About the Space

Our condo is located in a private development that allows you to enjoy your stay in a peaceful surrounding. You have full access to the entire unit. We have about 1500 sq .ft of space, allowing you the comfort to spread out and enjoy. We provide usb charging outlets along with three Smart TVs and cable for your enjoyment.

The kitchen is stocked with cooking and dining ware, along with a Keurig coffee machine. Professionally cleaned for each guest stay.

This is my second stay here. Wonderful place! Stocked with everything you need and more - coffee and snacks and a few waters. Host was communicative and took care of my one minor issue of needing extra bedding within twenty minutes of my arrival. We'll definitely stay here again on our regular visits to the area.

Tiffany’s is a great place to stay especially compared to the local hotels. I considered booking with Embassy Suites for the weekend however when I compared the prices, I got more at Tiffany’s for about the same price. The area was extremely quite with very little vehicle traffic and it was very safe with a very well lit area at night. A plus was the parking. Having a reserved parking space was great. It was very nice to see that Tiffany’s had modern appliances and the two headed shower was my favorite. The rooms are very spacious and the bead are comfortable. This is the place I will most definitely recommend to others looking to stay in the area.

Breakfast at Tiffanys had everything we needed for a cozy stay. We enjoyed the full kitchen to be able to cook/have coffee at home. My boyfriend is military and this place was close to base. We would stay again!

We are located less than 5 minutes from Walmart, Walmart Neighborhood Market, Food Lion & Aldi's.

How far are you from Skibo Road and the Mall area?

The unit is located within 10 -15 minutes of Cross Creek Mall area.

Are you close to Raeford, NC (Hoke County Area)?

Our unit is located about 10 minutes from the Cumberland | Hoke county line.

There is absolutely no smoking allowed of any kind inside the unit, on the balcony or on the landing leading to the unit. There will be a $200.00 assessment for smoking of any kind.

Our unit while suitable for children, please note that we do not offer cribs or toddler beds. Please do not leave children unattended on balconies or staircases.

Parties/Gatherings
Absolutely no parties or gatherings. Registered guests should be the only persons on premises

Any guests booking 28 days or more will be required to sign a short term rental agreement/addendum and provide host with copy of Government ID.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation until 5 days before check-in.

After that, cancel before check-in and get a 50% refund, minus the first night and service fee.
